Our Founder

Rosemary Tilley specialises in the construction industry, working at senior levels with both public and private sector clients with a focus on increasing organisational effectiveness.

Her career in education and relationship therapy is complemented by senior management experience in IBM and 3M. She is an author, keynote speaker and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, with experience conducting a vast range of workshops encompassing Business Planning, Tender Strategies, Risk and Value Management, Project Launches, Lessons Learned Reviews, Health Checks and Safety Culture.

Due to the serious challenges faced by the industry, Rosemary’s focus is on identifying an organisation’s improvement potential and working with individuals and teams to help them become more effective in achieving outcomes.
